What a neat place Bookworm Gardens was. The idea behind it is to create a hands-on experience themed around children's books. The books are laminated and placed throughout the gardens along with life-sized reminders/examples of what occurs in the books. You'll see several examples in the pictures below. Help me out with some of the ones I can't remember... and this place was too large to see it all in one day, definately need to enjoy more than once.
This was also the beginning of Roger & Jolette Kooger and their daughters Anika, Vinette and Heidi joining us for part of the vacation. The "peoples" as Savannah liked to call them were wonderful to have around and get to know again. What fun we all had together!! The ladies spent SO much time with our children which we appreciated greatly and the kids adored them. Wish we all didn't live so far away!
Jack and the Beanstalk
A bench made out of grass!
Winnie the Pooh!
The whole group of us together!

So cute I had to post 2 of them!
