This little girl had surgery on Monday, Dec. 1st to remove her "sebaceous nevus". We had the surgery at McLane's Children's Hospital in Temple, TX and Dr. Little was her pediatric surgeon. We had a fantastic experience there, all the doctors and nurses were great. It was a good chunk they took off, and she has lots of stitches, but thankfully they will dissolve. She has been cranky and more tired than usual, but fine otherwise. Amazing how quickly they heal at this age.
Thank you all for your prayers and help--we have been dreading this for awhile, and are so thankful it went well with no complications so far. AND she kept almost all her hair!! I have to get some other pictures from Brian's phone from the hospital and will upload them later.
