Easter 2016

Happy Easter.  He is risen indeed.  It has been fun this year explaining in great detail to the big 2 girls the significance of the Resurrection.  Yes, we do some egg hunting and baskets and they love it, and beautiful dresses (thanks Nana), but hopefully we also are more importantly instilling in them the importance of the fact that Jesus did not just die on the cross for their sins--he ROSE again and ascended into heaven-giving us the daily hope we can cling to.
