Savannah is a 1st Grader!!

A little behind yet again.  Savannah is going to Midland Classical Academy again this year- that means she will be at school all day Monday/Wednesday and 1/2 day Friday for Science/Art/Music.  Tues/Thurs I "teach"/do the worksheets and work assigned by her teacher.  We're finding out rhythm slowly but she loves school and her reading has improved greatly already.  Evie can kind of read already just from being around Savannah during her home days.  That part is fun to watch.

New backpack this year--

Her favorite outfit--sparkly lion shirt and skirt, she was stylin' for her 1st day for sure

the other kids were just as excited to bring her into her classroom

sitting at her desk.  Her hair is "curly" from braids the previous night--one of her requests as well.

Mrs.McAninch is her teacher this year and we really like her so far,she's experienced and very patient.  Savannah is almost as tall as her....
